Post Graduate Diploma:
Graduates in Engineering/IT/Computer Science/Science/Agriculture/Management/Geography/Commerce with at least 50% marks in aggregate are eligible for the PG Diploma programs. Candidates who are awaiting their final year exam may also apply for the same. SC/ST students should score 45% marks in graduation to apply.
Post Graduate:
M Sc (Geo-Informatics):
Graduates in Engineering/IT/Computer Science/Science/Agriculture/Management/Geography/Commerce with at least 50% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply for the M Sc program. M Tech (Geo-Informatics):
Candidates who have completed BE/B Tech/M Sc in Earth Sciences or Life Sciences or IT or Geoinformatics with 60% marks from a recognized Institute/University are eligible for the M Tech program. SC/ST and International students who have obtained 55% marks can also apply for the same.

M Sc (Geo-Informatics):
Admission of selected candidates into M Sc program is made on the basis of merit in SNAP Test/SIG Test, followed by Group Exercise, Personal Interaction, and Communication Skills Written Test.
M Tech (Geo-Informatics):
Admission of selected candidates into M Tech program is based on the merit in GATE. Those who have not qualified the GATE entrance test will be selected on the basis of merit in the entrance test conducted by the institute itself.

Post Graduate Diploma:
