St. John the Baptist College of Education, located in Kottayam (Kerala), came into existence in 1995. It is a Christian Minority Institution managed by the Archdiocese of Changanacherry. The college is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. St. John the Baptist College of Education is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
