Every year, LBS Center for Science and Technology conducts an entrance test, namely, Kerala B Ed Entrance Exam. The entrance test is conducted for admission to Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program, in various subjects. LBS Center for Science and Technology is a prestigious institute of computer training and consultation. It was set up by the Government of Kerala in 1976. A number of government and private college located in Kerala accept the marks of the candidates in the entrance test, to enroll them to the aforementioned course. The institute prepares a merit list for the final selection of the candidates, which is based on their marks in qualifying examination and in the entrance test. The entrance exam is conducted for B Ed course, with specialization in subjects including English, Malayalam, Hindi, Arabic, Tamil, Sanskrit, Urdu, Mathematics, Physical Science, Natural Science, Geography, Social Science, Commerce, Information Technology and Computer Science.

The entrance exam is conducted for the following course:
Eligibility
The students must have done B.A. / B. Sc. Degree, with not less than 45% marks, from any recognized University in Kerala or its equivalent.
Examination Pattern
The test paper of the entrance exam consists of objective type of questions. It consists of 150 multiple choice questions. The questions are asked from General English (40 questions), General Knowledge (50), Numerical Ability (20), Computer awareness (20) and Aptitude for Teaching (20). The students have to answer the questions within two and a half hours.
Syllabus
For the entrance test, the admission seekers have to prepare Aptitude and Attitude, General Knowledge, Numerical Ability, General English and Intelligence Tests.
