Silchar College of Education

Located in Silchar (Assam), Silchar College of Education offers one-year Bachelor of Education programme. The institute was set up with an objective of producing secondary level qualified and trained teachers in the region. Affiliated to Assam University, the college received approval from the NCTE (National Council for Teacher’s Education) in 2003 and the ERC (Eastern Regional Committee). The college has equipped itself with all the necessary infrastructural facilities for the Pursual of academic activities.
