S.K. College of Nursing is situated in Kakinada, district of Andhra Pradesh. It was established in 2005 and affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences of Vijayawada. Sponsored by Holy Maria Community Development Organization, S.K. College of Nursing offers B.Sc Nursing course of 4½ years duration. It is approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi and recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. It offers hostel and transport facilities to its students. Candidates should have passed Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent in science stream or Intermediate Vocational (Nursing or MPHW) or Inter, with Bridge course of Biological and Physical Sciences and should have secured minimum aggregate of 45% marks. In case of SC, ST categories, 5% relaxation is allowed. Candidates should have completed 17 years age and should be 25 years age as on December 31st of the year of admission. For SC/ST candidates, the upper age limit is relaxed by 3 years.
