Located in Patna, the capital city of Bihar, R.P.S. Law College came into being in 1989. The institution aims to impart high standards of education to the scholars in order to develop them as proficient advocates, who can contribute in strengthening the law and order in the state. The institution is affiliated to Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. With the approval of Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi, R.P.S. Law College offers three-year undergraduate course.
