Prajna College of Science and Arts, located at Kasibugga, in Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh, is a self financing co-education college. The college was started in the year 1999 to provide the higher education to the educationally backward region of Kasibugga and its nearby areas. The college is spread over acres of green and quiet campus area along with all the necessary facilities. The candidates who have passed two year P U examination of Andhra P U Board or its equivalent in any subject are eligible for the B A/B Com degrees in respective subjects. Those who have completed the same in Science subjects are eligible for the B Sc courses offered here.
