The applicants will be selected either on the basis of a written test conducted by the institute or candidates selected in the state govt. qualifying examinations will be offered admission. If candidates selected by the government are applying for less than the number of seats available in the institute, then the admissions will be made on the basis of the marks obtained by them in the test conducted by the institute.
