Undergraduate:
Candidates who have completed 10+2/HSC examination, or its equivalent, from any recognized Board/University with minimum 50% (General Category), 45% (BC), 40% (MBC) and mere pass (SC/ST) are eligible to apply for the BE/B Tech courses. However, they should appear in the Tamil Nadu Professional Courses Entrance Examination (TNPCEE) or any State/National level common entrance test. Candidates who have passed Diploma from State Board of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu, or any recognized diploma, with minimum percentage of marks as mentioned above are eligible to apply for admission into the second year of BE/B Tech courses under lateral entry scheme.
Post Graduate:
Students who have passed relevant examinations from a recognized University/ College can apply for the ME / MBA courses through Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) or any other State/National level entrance test. Those who have applied for MCA course should pass relevant degree with mathematics subject.

Selection is made on the basis of entrance test merit and as per norms prescribed by Anna University of Technology, Tiruchirappalli and government of Tamil Nadu.

Candidates are selected on entrance test merit basis and according to the rules and regulations set by the competent authority. For admission into the MBA program, candidates are finalized on the basis of performance in the group discussion and personal interview.
