Located in Latur district of Maharashtra, Dayanand College of Law came into existence in 1971. The institution aims to impart high standards of legal education to its scholars in order to train them to become proficient lawyers. Affiliated to Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded, the college offers three-year course at the under graduate level along with five-year integrated LLB program and two-year post graduate program (LLM). Diploma program in taxation law is also conducted by the college. Dayanand College of Law has gained the approval of Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi, to conduct the courses. It is working under the sponsorship of Dayanand Education Society, which is a Public Charitable Trust.

The candidates, who have secured minimum 45% aggregate marks in Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized university, are eligible.
Post Graduate Diploma:
The applicant should have passed graduation in any stream with at least 45% aggregate marks, from a recognized Board.
Post Graduate:
Masters of law (LLM)
The candidates should have passed LLB with not less than 45% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
Integrated:
LLB 5 Year
The applicants should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in any stream with at least 45% aggregate marks from a recognized Board.
Admission Procedure:
Undergraduate:
LLB 3 Year
The candidates, who have secured aggregate marks 40% to 45%, have to appear in entrance examination conducted by the university. The applicants, who have secured above 45% marks, are selected as per merit.
Post Graduate:
Masters of law (LLM)
The candidates are selected as per their marks in qualifying examination.
Post Graduate Diploma:
Selection is purely done on the basis of the merit.
Integrated:
LLB 5 Year
The candidates, who have secured more than 40% aggregate marks but less than 45% marks have to pass an entrance examination conducted by the university. Those who have secured above 45% aggregate marks are selected purely on the basis of the merit.
