Chanakya Law College came into existence in 2004. It is situated in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. The college is affiliated to Kumaon University, Nainital. Chanakya Law College is duly approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), Government of India, New Delhi. The college imparts course in law at the undergraduate degree level - B.A. LL.B. The course is a five-year program, which is conducted strictly according to the rules and regulations of Bar Council of India.
