College of Engineering & Management, popularly referred to as CEM Kapurthala, is one of the well known educational institutions for technical education in Punjab. Admissions are done on the basis of Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar and All India Engineering Entrance Examination.
Those applicants who have not passed CET or AIEEE but have Passed 10+2 with Science stream are also eligible to take admissions to the remaining vacant seats.
