Bihar Institute of Law came into existence in 1984 under the guidance of Law Society of Bihar, which is registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860. Located in Patna in Bihar, the institution intends to impart quality legal education to the aspirants in order to develop them as skilled and proficient lawyers. Affiliated to Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, the college imparts three-year undergraduate program and five-year integrated LLB course. Bihar Institute of Law has gained the approval of Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi. The institute boasts of providing in depth knowledge through moot court sessions, mock Parliament, debate and discussions.
