Situated in Kanpur district of Uttar Pradesh, Bhagwanti Education Center Degree College (BECDC) is affiliated to Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj (CSJM) University, formerly known as Kanpur University. The motto of the college is to provide best teaching education along with other professional courses in various fields. Approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the college BECDC is spread over a sprawling campus of 5860 square meters. The college conducts several undergraduate courses like B Ed (Bachelor of Education), B B A (Bachelor of Business Administration), and B C A (Bachelor of Computer Application) to produce skilled and qualified personnel. The college also offers B T C (Basic Training Certificate) course in Education, affiliated to SCERT, Lucknow.

The admission of the selected candidates for B Ed course is made through an entrance test conducted by the University and counseling done by the college itself. The admission for B T C, B B A, and B C A is done on the basis of percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in their graduation level.
