Allama Iqbal Unani Medical College is located in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. The college was started under the aegis of Rao Educational Society, which is a registered Society. The college is affiliated to Chhatarpati Shahuji Maharaj University, Kanpur. Allama Iqbal Unani Medical College offers undergraduate level programme in the field of Unani medicine - Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS). It is a four and a half year full time programme, with one year of internship. The undergraduate level programme of the college is approved by Central Council of Indian Medicine, Government of India, New Delhi.
