The applicants should have cleared pre-university examination conducted by state of Karnataka or equivalent examination, with 50% aggregate marks in PCB and 40% for SC/ST candidates. Or, the candidate should have passed B.Sc Examination of Gulbarga University or any other recognized university, with physics, chemistry and biology as optional subject. In addition, the candidate should be 17 years old on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
