BTech
The candidate must pass their Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent examination from a recognized board/university, with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subject any one of the following Chemistry/Bio-Technology/ Computer Science/ Biology (Botany & Zoology) as optional subject. In case of SC/ST candidate a mere will be sufficient.
Or
Candidate who is a permanent resident of Puducherry, and have pass their Higher Secondary (Vocational Stream in the area of Engineering & Technology) Examination, conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary examination of Tamil Nadu or equivalent examination, with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate, with vocational subjects and a related subject (Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry), are also eligible for admission to the BTech degree course. In case of SC/ST candidate a mere will be sufficient.
MBBS
The candidate must have passed their Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent examination from a recognized board/university, with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, and English, Biology / Botany & Zoology as one of the optional subject. In case of the SC/OBC/MBC candidates minimum of 40% in aggregate will be sufficient.
BDS
The candidate must have passed their Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent examination from a recognized board/university, with a minimum of 50% in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and English as cumplusory subjects, and Biology / Botany & Zoology as one of the optional subject. In case of SC candidate 40% marks in aggregate is sufficient.
BVSc & AH
The candidate must have passed their Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent examination from a recognized board/university, with a minimum of 50% in aggregate in Physics and Chemistry and Biology / Botany & Zoology. In case of SC candidate 40% marks in aggregate is sufficient.
BPharm
The candidate must have passed their Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent examination from a recognized board/university, with a minimum of 50% in aggregate with Physics and Chemistry as cumplusory subjects, and Biology (Botany & Zoology)/ Mathematics/BioTechnology/ Computer Science as one of the optional subject, along with English. In case of SC/ST, MBC/OBC candidates, 40% marks in aggregate is sufficient.
BSc (Nursing), BPT
The candidate must have passed their Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent examination from a recognized board/university, with a minimum of 50% in aggregate with Physics and Chemistry and Biology / Botany & Zoology,along with English. In case of SC/ST, MBC/OBC candidates, 40% marks in aggregate is sufficient.
BSc (MLT)
The candidate must have passed their Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent examination from a recognized board/university, with a minimum of 50% in aggregate with the following combination of subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Botany & Zoology or Physics, Foundation Science and Medical Laboratory Assistant Course or Chemistry, Foundation Science and Nursing Course, along with English.
BSc (Agriculture)
The candidate must have passed their Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examination of Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent examination from a recognized board/university, with a minimum of 50% in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Botany & Zoology. In case of SC candidate a mere will be sufficient.
