UPSC Geologists Exam Question Papers

Union Public Service Commission Geologists' Exam, which is prominently referred to as UPSC Geologists' Exam, is conducted every year in order to select potential candidates for posts under two categories. The category I include Geologist Group A post in Geological Survey of India while category II comprises of Jr. Hydro geologists (Scientist B), Group A and Assistant Hydro geologists Group B posts in Central Ground Water Board. The exam is the foremost step to secure post in aforementioned division in government sector. Usually, it is conducted in the month of November/December. The Final selection of the candidate is done on the basis of his/her performance in written test, followed by interview for personality test.

 

 

UPSC Geologists’ Exam is among the highly competitive entrance examinations. The entrance exam comprises of five sections, which are as follows: General English, Geology Paper I, Geology Paper II, Geology Paper III and Hydrogeology.
