UPSC Indian Economic Services Examination Schedule
- In the year 2011, the exam is schedule to be held on 3rd December, 2011 but the date of notification will be from 30th July, 2011. The last date for receipt of application is 29th August, 2011. The exam would be conducted in three days.
- The test centers for IES Exam 2011 are Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Allahabad, Jammu, Bangalore, Kolkata, Bhopal, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Chennai, Patna, Cuttack, Shillong, Delhi, Shimla, Dispur, Thiruvananthapuram and Hyderabad.
- The date and the centres for conducting the examination, as mentioned above, are liable to be changed at the discretion of the commission. However, every effort is made by the commission to allot the candidates to the centre of their choice for examination, the commission may, at their discretion, allot a different centre to a candidate when circumstances so warrant. Candidates admitted to the examination will be informed of the time table and place or places of examination.
