India Administrative Service (IAS) Exam is competitive entrance test, which is conducted on national level by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The test is conducted for the recruitment of Indian Administrative (IAS) officials. Selected candidates can be placed by the central government anywhere in India or abroad. Selected candidates, who qualify the written exam, will be called for the personal interview conducted by the UPSC for analyzing the personality of the candidates.
