Established in a wide-spread area of 30 acres of land at Ranga Reddy district of Andhra Pradesh, Vidya Vikas Institute of Technology came into existence in the academic year 2001-2002. Affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad, the institution is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. Recognized by Government of Andhra Pradesh, the college offers education in technical field at under graduate as well as post graduate level. Vidya Vikas Institute of Technology also conducts postgraduate level course in business administration. The autonomous institution operates under the sponsorship of Farah Educational Society.

Undergraduate:
The candidates must have passed Higher Secondary or equivalent examination from a recognized board with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as subjects of study.
Post Graduate:

The candidates should have done four-year, BE/B. Tech program in relevant subjects from a recognized university or should have done Master's program in Science with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
MCA/MBA
The applicant should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university, with mathematics as a subject of study.
