V.L. College of Pharmacy is situated in Raichur, Karnataka. It was established in 1966 under the aegis of Academy Of Medical Education, a registered charitable Trust. The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. V.L. College of Pharmacy has been approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and recognized by the state government. It conducts Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) course of two years, Bachelor in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) course of four years, Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) course of two years duration and Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) course.

Candidates should have passed intermediate with physics, chemistry, biology or mathematics, with not less than 50% marks.
Diploma:
Candidates should have cleared the 10+2 exam with physics, chemistry, biology/ mathematics with not less than 50% marks.
Post Graduate:
Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm).
Doctorate:
Candidates should have passed M.Pharm exam, with at least 55% marks, from a recognized Board.
