Umrer College of Engineering came into being in 1999, under Backward Class Youth Relief Committee. Located in Nagpur (Maharashtra), it is affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukodoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. The college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India, New Delhi. Umrer College of Engineering imparts undergraduate level courses in the field of engineering, along with postgraduate courses in management (Master of Business Administration).
