Sri Vundavilli Satyanarayana Murthy Degree College, situated at Ramachandrapuram, in East Godavari of Andhra Pradesh, is a self financing college. The college was started in the year 1966 by Sri Vundavilli Satyanarayana Murthy popularly named as Rayavaram Munsiff. His sole motive was to provide quality higher education for the people of Ramachandrapuram and its nearby areas. The college houses all well maintained amenities within a quiet and beautiful campus. Eligibility:
Undergraduate:
The candidates who have passed two year P U examination of Andhra P U Board or its equivalent in any subject are eligible for the B A/B Com/B C A courses in respective subjects. Those who have completed the same in Science subjects are eligible for the B Sc courses offered here.
Post Graduate:
The graduates in different Arts, Science, and Commerce subjects are eligible for the various M A, M Sc, and M Com courses in respective subjects. Similarly, any graduate can apply for the M B A/M C A courses offered here.
Admission Procedure:
Undergraduate:
The admission of the selected candidates is done on the basis of percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in PU level as per the norms of Andhra University.
Post Graduate:
The admission for M A/M Sc/M Com courses is done on the basis of percentage of marks obtained by the candidates in graduation level and as per the norms of Andhra University. The selection for admission into M B A and M C A courses is held on the basis of merit of the candidates in the entrance examination, ICET (Integrated Common Entrance Examination), conducted by Government of Andhra Pradesh.
