Sree Ganpati Institute of Technology, located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, is a self financing co-educational Institute. Popularly known as SGIT, Ghaziabad, the institute was established in the year 2005 to provide quality professional higher education in various fields. The institute is affiliated to Gautam Buddh Technological University, Lucknow and Mahamaya Technical University, Noida.
Sri Ganpati Institute of Technology constitutes three different colleges within one sprawling campus. These are College of Engineering, College of Pharmacy, and college of Management. These colleges impart undergraduate and post graduate courses that include B Tech, B Pharma, M Pharma (Pharmaceutics), M B A, and MCA. All the B Tech, MBA, and MCA courses are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India, New Delhi. B Pharma and M Pharma courses are recognized by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India, New Delhi. Eligibility:
Undergraduate:
The candidates who have passed 10+2 examination with 50% marks in aggregate with subjects PCM/PMC, from any recognized Board are eligible for the B Tech courses. For lateral entry into B Tech courses, the candidates with B Sc in Mathematics can apply.
The students who have completed their 10+2 level with PCB/PCM/PCC with 60 % marks in aggregate are eligible for the B Pharma courses..
Post Graduate:
A graduate in any stream can apply for the MBA courses. The graduates having Mathematics as a main subject at least in 10+2 level can apply for the MCA courses. The B Pharma students can apply for the M Pharma courses offered here.
Admission Procedure:
Undergraduate:
The admissions for both B Tech and B Pharma courses are done through Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE), conducted by the University. For B Tech courses, the institute also accepts the scores of AIEEE.

Post Graduate:
The admission into M pharama courses are done on the basis of merit of the candidates. The candidates are short listed on the basis of UPSEE entrance exam for the admissions into MBA and MCA courses.
