Eligibility:
Undergraduate:
A pass in 10+2 from CHSE, Orissa or equivalent , with Physics, Chemistry and one from Mathematics / Biotechnology / Computer Science / Biology.
For the lateral entry in the B.Pharm course a passed or appearing candidate in Diploma in Pharmacy with at least 60% marks in aggregate from OSBP (Orissa State Board of Pharmacy) examination, is eligible.
Diploma:
A candidate, who has passed 10+2 with Science, is eligible.
Post Graduate:
For both courses of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmaceutics, a B.Pharm candidate is eligible.
Admission Procedure:
Undergraduate:
Admission in B.Pharm. course is done through JEE (E & M) of Orissa, conducted by Biju Patnaik University of Technology.
50% of the seats will be filled up first from Orissa JEE, then the vacant seats will be filled up from successful candidates of CET conducted by OPCA (Orissa Pharmacy College Association)
Lateral Entry is done through JEE Orissa, conducted by Biju Patnaik University of Technology. Only candidates from Orissa are eligible.
Entrance Test: Orissa JEE Exam
Post Graduate:
Admission in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmaceutics is made by BPUT on the basis of B.Pharm marks. A central counseling is conducted by BPUT, to short-list the candidates.
Diploma:
There is a provision for direct admission into D.Pharm.
