The candidates should be 10+2 passed in Science stream with minimum 50% marks in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry (for open category) and 45% (for candidates of the state Maharashtra). Or the candidate should have completed diploma in Engineering/Technology from the Polytechnics affiliated to MSBTE or AICTE approved autonomous Polytechnics, with at least 50% marks in total.
