Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, situated in a wide-spread area of 42 acres of land at Sakharale in Maharashtra, was formerly known as College of Engineering Sakharale. The institute came into being in 1983, under the guidance of Kasegaon Education Society. With the approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, it offers education in various technical programs at under graduate and post graduate level along with masters in business administration program. All its programs have been accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and Institution of Engineers. Rajarambapu Institute of Technology is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified institute, which is affiliated to Shivaji University Kolhapur. The Government of Maharashtra has given the college an ‘A’ Grade.
