Punjab College of Engineering & Technology is located in Mohali, Punjab. It is affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU), Jalandhar. Currently, the college offers technical courses in several branches of engineering. The courses offered by Punjab College of Engineering and Technology are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Government of Punjab. The college plans to add more disciplines to its list of B Tech courses in engineering. The eligible candidates should have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent examinations with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory and any one out of Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Computer Science / Biology as optional subjects and pass in English conducted by a recognized Board / University / Council.
The applicants who have passed their 10th or 10+2 examination with Science Stream and have passed Diploma in any Engineering Trade from Punjab State Board of Technical Education, Chandigarh or Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology Longowal (SLIET), or examination from any other recognized State Board of Technical Education are also eligible.

The admission for second year of B Tech is done on the merit basis of entrance test LEET.
