Situated in Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), PSG College of Pharmacy came into existence in 2001. It is managed and run by PS Govindasamy Naidu & Sons’ Charities. The educational institute is affiliated to Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai. PSG College of Pharmacy is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi.
PSG College of Pharmacy Coimbatore offers courses in the field of pharmacy at the undergraduate (Bachelor of Pharmacy) and postgraduate (Master of Pharmacy) levels. Apart from this, the college also offers doctorate level programmes for both three and six years duration. Eligibility:
Undergraduate:
The admission seekers must have passed 10+2 level of examination, from any recognized state/national Board. The candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with not less than 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics.
Post Graduate:
The candidates seeking admission in this program have to complete graduation in pharmacy, from any recognized University.
Doctorate:
Pharma D
The aspirants need to have passed 10+2 level of examination with science stream or D. Pharma, from any recognized Board.
PhD
The candidates should have completed M. Pharma which is recognized by any statutory University.
