Situated in a serene location in Ranga Reddy district of Andhra Pradesh, P Indra Reddy Memorial Engineering College has got the approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The institution has made a modest start in 2002 under the aegis of Manisha Eduational Trust. Affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad, P Indra Reddy Memorial Engineering College started its journey with imparting high standards of technical education through four year, B. Tech course in various disciplines of engineering. In 2007, post graduate degree program in Business Administration and Computer Application was also started by the institute. It focuses on producing proficient technocrats, who can contribute in the progress of the country’s economy.

Admission to 75% of seats is done by the Government of Andhra Pradesh on the basis of the candidate’s scores in Engineering, Agricultural, and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) while admission to rest of the 25% seats are done according to the performance of the candidate in qualifying examination.
