Eligibility:
Undergraduate:
One should have cleared Higher Secondary or 10+2 examination or BSc (Gen./Hons.) with at least 60% marks in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for admission in BE/BTech courses.
Post Graduate:
For pursuing ME/MTech course one should have passed BE / BTech degree in Electronics & Communication/ Computer/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering from the University of Delhi or equivalent qualifications from recognized University/Institutions OR should have cleared the AMIE (India) Exam with appropriate Specialization/ Grad. IETE (India), AMIE (London), or any other examination in the concerned branch recognized as equivalent to BE Degree by the University of Delhi.
Doctorate:
Aspiring student must hold a Master?s degree in Engineering / Technology / Science or Equivalent in relevant area with a consistently good academic record. (Securing 70% or more marks in aggregate).

Admission of the candidates to this programme is done on the basis of AIEEE entrance test.

Post Graduate:
Valid GATE score card (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) is required to pursue full time regular course. Selection for M Tech is made by the Selection Committee on the basis of a candidate?s performance at the qualifying examination and the interview. The criterion for selection of GATE qualified candidates is decided for 80% weightage for GATE score and 20% for the Interview/Viva-Voce.

Doctorate:
Selection is done as per Delhi University rules one needs to subsequently apply to the University of Delhi for PhD registration.
