Located in Sirsa (Haryana), Jan Nayak Ch Devi Lal College of Engineering (JCDCE), came into existence in the academic year 2003-04. The autonomous technical institute is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurushetra. It offers four-years technical courses in various branches at undergraduate level, along with full-time, two-year postgraduate business administration program. Jan Nayak Chaudhary Devi Lal College of Engineering is approved by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Government of Haryana and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The college aims to create top corporate leaders and Technocrats. It is managed by Jan Nayak Ch Devi Lal Memorial Trust.

The candidates should have passed in 10 + 2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any of these subjects- Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science and Biology as optional subjects, from any recognized Board/university. For admission to second year of engineering under lateral entry scheme, the applicants, who have passed Diploma Course of three years duration or more in Engineering/Technology from State Board of Technical Education, Haryana or its equivalent, with minimum 60% marks, are eligible. Or the applicant should have done B. Sc in Science with Mathematics as a subject of study.
Post Graduate:

The candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Post graduate Degree in any discipline with an aggregate of 50% marks, from a recognized University.
