HR Institute of Technology (HRIT) is located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. It was established under the management of Haarish Chandra Ram Kali Charitable Trust in 2005. The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), now popular as Gautam Buddh Technical University (GBTU), Lucknow.

The eligible candidates should have 50% marks (45% SC / ST) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Biology/ Biotechnology as optional subjects. For admission to direct second year, 60% marks in diploma engineering.
Post Graduate:

The eligible candidates should be Graduate securing 60% marks in total with Mathematics as one of the subjects or should have studied the subject at 10+2 level.
MBA
Applicants must have passed three years degree course from any recognized University; securing at least 50%( 45% for SC/ST).

Admissions are done through UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination). 15% of these come under Management/ NRI quota.
