Govind Ballabh (GB) Pant Engineering College, which is located in Pauri Garhwali (Uttarakhand), is an autonomous engineering college of the state Government of Uttarakhand. It was established in 1989 with the vision of providing top quality education in the field of engineering to the people, particularly to those, who belong to the Garhwal region. Govind Ballabh Pant Engineering College is affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun.
GB Pant Engineering College is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. It offers courses in the several streams of engineering at the undergraduate level (Bachelor of Technology) and postgraduate level (Master of Technology). The college also provides a PG course in the field of computer applications. Eligibility:
Undergraduate:
Candidates must have passed in 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics /Computer Science/Biology/Biotechnology, from any recognized state/national Board.
Post Graduate:
ME / M Tech
Aspirants should have done BE/B.Tech in the relevant stream from any recognized University.
MCA
Candidates should have completed graduation in any stream with Mathematics in 10 + 2 level.
Admission Procedure:

The admission procedure is based on AIEEE entrance test and counseling, which is conducted by the University.
