The eligible candidates should have passed 10+2 (Non Medical) with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. For admission to second year the eligible candidate should have passed Diploma in Engineering from a recognized University or board.

Admissions are completed on the basis of Combined Entrance Test, held by PTU, Jalandhar and All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE).
Admissions to second year are done on the basis of Lateral Entry Entrance Test (LEET) as per the rules and regulations of AICTE, PTB & Punjab Government.

Post Graduate:
Candidates are short listed on the basis of thier marks in the qualifying examination.
