Located in Jhansi (Uttar Pradesh), Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering & Technology came into existence in 1989. It was established under the administration of Government of Uttar Pradesh. The institute is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), now known as Gautam Buddh Technical University, Lucknow. Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering & Technology is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering & Technology imparts undergraduate as well as postgraduate level programmes in the field of engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) and Master of Technology (M Tech).
