Anjuman Engineering College for Men is located in Bhatkal, Karnataka. The college was established in 1980. Anjuman Engineering College for men has acquired the status of a Muslim minority educational institution, by the Government of Karnataka. Initially, the college was affiliated to Karnataka University, Dharwad. However, now it is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, and recognized by All India Institute for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, for providing technical courses in various branches of engineering. The courses offered by Anjuman Engineering College for men are accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi. Applicant is required to have passed the 10+2 / Higher Secondary (HS) / Pre University (PUC) or its equivalent with English as one of the languages. He/She should have secured a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the following: Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Electronics and Information Science.
