Anand Engineering College, commonly known as AEC, is located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Established in 1998, the college is a part of Sharda Group of Institutions. The technical courses offered by AEC are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The college is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow. The B Tech, MCA and MBA courses offered by Anand Engineering College have been accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
Sharda Group of Institutions, which runs Anand Engineering College, has been given the status of a Deemed University. Recently, the organization was renamed as Sharda University. Undergraduate:
B Tech
Eligible candidates should be 10+2 passed with 60% marks in aggregate in Mathematics, Physics and any one of Chemistry / Computer Science / Biology subjects.
Direct admission to second year is allowed to the candidates who have passed a 3-4 year Diploma (with minimum 60% marks) recognized by the UP Board of Technical Education in any branch of Engineering / Technology, except Agriculture Engineering / Technology. Candidates who have passed B Sc with Mathematics can also apply for second year direct admission.
BCA
A candidate should be 10+2 pass with Mathematics as one of the subjects obtaining minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
BBA
A candidate should be 10+2 with minimum 50% marks or Rank holder in UPSEE/ CAT/ MAT.
Post Graduate:
M Tech
Graduation in relevant stream is mandatory to be eligible for this programme.
MCA
60% in Graduation in any discipline with Mathematics as one of subjects at 10 + 2 level with minimum 40% marks.
MBA
Candidates should hold Bachelors Degree in any discipline with 60% minimum marks or Rank in UPSEE/ CAT/ MAT.
