Amrutvahini College of Engineering in Sangammer, Ahmednagar (Maharashtra), is one of the important engineering and technology institutions in the state. Established in 1983, it is a privately managed college administered by Amrutvahini Sheti and Shikshan Vikas Sanstha. The institute currently offers technical courses in a number of branches of engineering, all of them being approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. Affiliated to the University of Pune, the college boasts of being accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA). Undergraduate:
All the eligible candidates should pass HSC / 10+2 examinations in science stream with combination of appropriate subjects. The candidates must have secured 55 percent or more marks in the qualifying examination.
Post Graduate:
The candidate must have done graduation in the relevant subject. Sponsored candidates must have secured 55 percent or more in the qualifying examination mentioned. They are also required to have 2 years of experience.

Candidates are enrolled on basis of admission test MHT-CET, conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State, Mumbai. Candidates with AIEEE score are also inducted. Admission Test AIEEE is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.
Entrance Test: AIEEE Exam, MHT CET
Post Graduate:
Admissions are done according to merit list prepared on the basis of valid GATE score in the respective branch. If enough GATE qualified candidates in the respective branch are not available, the vacant seats are offered to the non-GATE candidates as per the merit. An interview is also conducted. Admission Test carries the maximum marks 70 while the interview has the maximum marks of 30.
