Adichunchanagiri Institute of Technology is one of the prominent colleges in Karnataka. The college was incepted in 1980, at Chikmagalur, under the aegis of revered Jagadguru Sri Sri Sri Balagangadharanatha Maha Swamiji, pontiff of Sri Adichunchanagiri Maha Samsthana Math. Affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum, Adichunchanagiri Institute of Technology conducts technical courses that lead to Bachelor’s degree in engineering. The courses offered by it have gained the approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. To serve the purpose, the college provides excellent facilities within its campus.
