Educational Streams
Amity University focuses on highly practical teaching and the courses are designed as per the industry needs and evolved through constant interaction with leading professionals. The curriculum of the University emphasizes on developing analytical skills, communication, problem solving and team work abilities, apart from imparting theoretical knowledge. A cross-functional curriculum for credit courses like foreign languages, emotional intelligence, creative thinking, and human engineering are taught by the faculty of the Amity School of Languages and Amity Institute of Behavioral Sciences. Facilities
Amity provides separate accommodation facilities for boys and girls. An on-campus Bank and ATM has also been provided. The University has provided air-conditioned amphitheatre style classrooms. The Library of Amity is equipped with books, periodicals, national and international journals, CD-ROMS, covering all aspects of academic studies and research material. It also helps students get education loan.
History
Amity University was founded by Dr. Ashok Chauhan under the Ritnand-Balved Education Foundation. The University has established campuses in Sector-125, Noida Uttar Pradesh, Jaipur and Lucknow.
