The candidate should have competed graduation from a recognized university in any discipline, with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (for general category candidates) and 45% marks in aggregate (for SC/ST candidates).
Executive PGDM Programme
The candidate should be a graduate from a recognized university with atleast 50% marks. In addition, the applicant should have atleast 5 years of work experience as Executive or Supervisory.
Post Graduate Program in Construction Management (PGPCM)
The aspirant should be a graduate in Engineering / Architecture from a recognized university, with a good academic record.

The admission of the candidate is based on his/her XAT/CAT score, followed by his/her performance in group discussion and personal interview.
Executive PGDM Program
The aspirants are selected on the basis of their performance in group discussion and personal interview.
Post Graduate Program in Construction Management (PGPCM)
The applicants are selected on the basis of their performance in past academic records and interview conducted by the college. The candidates with construction work experience or the applicants sponsored by their employers will be preferred.
