Located in Surat (Gujarat), V.T Choksi Sarvajanik Law College is one of the oldest and eminent law colleges in India. The college of law was established in 1935 and administered by Sarvajanik Education Society. It is affiliated to South Gujarat University, Surat. V.T Choksi Sarvajanik Law College, which is also known as V.T Choksi Law College, is duly approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), Government of India, New Delhi.
Under the approval of the Council, V.T Choksi Sarvajanik Law College imparts courses in the field of law at the undergraduate (Bachelor of Laws) and postgraduate (Master of Laws) degree level, which are three year and two year duration program, respectively.
