Vinayaka Mission's Kirupananda Variyar Medical College was set up in 1996 by Vinayaka Mission Trust. The college is located in Salem, Tamil Nadu and it has been recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), New Delhi and Government of Tamil Nadu. As a constituent part of the Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation Deemed University, Salem, the college is affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr M G R Medical University, Chennai.

B.OPT
The candidate needs to have completed Higher Secondary Certificate examination in Science subjects, from any statutory Board.
Diploma:
The candidate must be passed in the 12th examination in Science.
Post Graduate:
Graduation in MBBS is mandatory to be eligible for the PG program.
