Vijaya Law College, located in Nalgonda district of Andhra Pradesh, came into existence in 1991. Apart from imparting in-depth understanding of legal terms and laws concerning different streams, the college aims to develop analytical and logical thinking among the aspirants. It is approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi. In order to accomplish its aim, the college boasts of providing modern infrastructure and state-of-the-art facilities to its students. The candidates should have completed graduation in any field from a recognized university with at least 45% aggregate marks. Relaxation of 5% is there for SC/ST candidates in minimum percentile required. In addition, the upper age limit of the candidate is restricted to thirty years for general category applicants, while for the candidates belonging to SC, ST and other backward communities it is fixed as thirty five years.

The candidates, who have passed two years of Intermediate Examination (10+2) or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the University concerned with minimum 45% aggregate marks, are eligible. Exemption of 5% is there for SC/ST candidates. In addition, the candidate should be less than 20 years of in case of general category, while for SC, ST and other backward community candidates relaxation of two years is there.
