Vignan’s Institute of Engineering for Women came into existence in 2008. Located in Visakhapatnam/Vizag (Andhra Pradesh), it is one of the constituent units of Vignan Group. The educational institute is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada. Vignan’s Institute of Engineering for Women Visakhapatnam is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD), Government of India.
Vignan’s Institute of Engineering for Women imparts undergraduate level programme in the various branches of engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B Tech). It is a four-year full time programme, which is offered as per the strict rules and regulations of the University.
