Vardhman Mahavir Medical College (VMMC) was established in 2001 at Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi. The college is affiliated to Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIP), Delhi. In 2008, the college started post graduate courses, which are also affiliated to GGSIP University (previously with Delhi University). VMMC has been recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
Vardhman Mahavir Medical College imparts courses at the UG and PG level in MBBS, MS and MD, respectively. In addition to this, the college offers Paramedical courses to its students. The institute boasts of having state-of-the-art facilities, which include extensive library, workshops, research center and modern medical facilities.
