University School of Law and Legal Studies is one of the constituent parts of Guru Gobind Singh (GGS) Indraprastha University, New Delhi. It is approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), Government of India. University School of Law and Legal Studies offers undergraduate and postgraduate level programmes in the field of law, that is, BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons) and Master of Laws (LLM). Apart from these UG and PG courses, the institute also offers doctorate level programme in the field of law - PhD in law. All these courses are offered by the institute as per the rules and regulations of the University. Post Graduate:
The candidates need to have passed LLB from any recognized University.
Doctorate:
The aspirants are required to have passed Master’s level of examination with minimum 60% marks in aggregate, from any recognized University.
Integrated:
Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) is required to have passed by the candidates to apply for this programme.

The selection of the candidates is done on the basis of Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the University.

Doctorate:
Candidates are offered admission as per their marks in the qualifying examination.
