The Techno School, located in Bhubaneswar (Orissa), is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela. The institute was established in the academic session 2005-2006, with an aim of producing efficient technocrats and entrepreneurs. It conducts B Tech courses in various branches of engineering, along with postgraduate Business Administration and Computer Applications program. The Techno School has got approval from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The college boasts of providing practical exposure along with theoretical knowledge to the young aspirants.

The candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with Physics & Mathematics as major subjects and any one out of Chemistry/ Computer Science/Biology/Biotechnology as an optional subject.
For Lateral entry- the candidate, who have passed diploma in Engineering/ technology with 60% marks are eligible.
Post Graduate:

The candidates must have passed their graduation in any discipline, from a recognized university.
MCA
The applicants should have passed graduation (B.A, B.Com and B.Sc) with Mathematics or Statistics as a major subject in the last two years of schooling.
